Perancangan Produk Heating Pad for Neck and Back Sebagai Pereda Nyeri Menggunakan Nigel Cross

Abstract

Masalah utama yang dialami oleh tim medis (perawat dan dokter) serta orang awam yaitu nyeri pada leher dan punggung akibat bekerja tidak pada postur tubuh yang benar maupun terlalu lelah dalam bekerja. Nyeri pada leher dan punggung dapat diredakan dengan menggunakan alat fisioterapi yang memiliki konsep pemanas untuk merelaksasikan peredaran darah dan meredakan nyeri. Heating Pad for Neck and Back merupakan alat pemanas yang dapat meredakan nyeri leher dan punggung. Perancangan dan pengembangan produk dilakukan secara berurutan, beberapa metode desain merupakan teknik khusus dalam membantu berfikir kreatif. Tujuan perancangan produk dengan menggunakan QFD adalah menghasilkan produk untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, produk ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen sebagai solusi untuk meredakan nyeri leher dan punggung. Hal-hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengetahui apa yang diinginkan konsumen adalah dari tahap masalah, sub masalah, sub solusi, dan solusi. Karakterisasi dengan QFD dapat mencirikan suatu teknik menggunakan tingkat kesulitan yang rumit, sukar, dan sedang yang membuat semua spesifikasi harus memiliki tingkat kesulitan yang relatif sedang.

The main problem experienced by the medical team (nurses and doctors) and common people is pain in the neck and back due to working not in the correct posture or being too tired to work. Pain in the neck and back can be relieved by using a physiotherapy device that has a heating concept to relax blood circulation and relieve pain. Heating Pad for Neck and Back is a heating device that can relieve neck and back pain. Design and product development are carried out sequentially, several design methods are special techniques in helping creative thinking. The purpose of product design using QFD is so that the resulting product is in accordance with consumer needs. Therefore, this product is tailored to the needs of consumers as a solution for pain relief in the neck and back. Things that can be done to determine the desires of consumers, namely from the stage of the problem, sub problem, sub solution, and solution. The steps to compile the needs of the Nigel Cross design step show that there are 8 W (wish) and 2 D (demand), so it is found that the design is sufficiently in accordance with consumer expectations. Determining the characteristics with QFD can be evaluated that the technical characteristics with a level of difficulty that is very difficult, difficult, and moderate can be evaluated so that all technical characteristics are expected to have a relatively moderate level of difficulty.
