Pengendalian Persedian Bahan Penolong Hardener Dengan Menggunakan Metode Economic Order Quantity di PT XYZ

Abstract

PT.XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pengolahan kayu, seperti perusahaan manufaktur lainnya, PT.XYZ juga melakukan kegiatan produksi. Kegiatan produksi di PT. XYZ menghasilkan Plywood dengan berbagai gread yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan pengadaan bahan pembantu hardener untuk PT. XYZ pada tahun 2020-2021 dan menjelaskan rencana pengadaan economic hardener chest sesuai dengan economic order theory of hardeners (ЕOQ) dan juga mengetahui safety stock (OQ) PT. XYZ memenuhi pesanan (order point), mengetahui perbandingan yang lebih optimal antara total biaya persediaan atau total biaya persediaan (TIC) menggunakan kebijakan perusahaan terhadap total harga pokok persediaan (TIC). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pemesanan hardener yang optimal untuk periode 2020-2021 adalah 20.336,42 kg per pemesanan. Dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 16 kali dalam setahun. Jumlah Safety goods periode 2020-2021 sebanyak 11.043,47 kg. Perusahaan harus melakukan stocking point atau re-stocking pada tahun 2020-2021 saat persediaan sebanyak 7589.167 kg. Total biaya persediaan hardener dengan EOQ adalah Rp. 13.686.143 sedangkan kebijakan perusahaan adalah Rp. 22.818.143, sehingga menghemat Rp 9.131.730.

XYZ produces Plywood with various predefined grades. This study aims to determine how the planning for the procurement of hardener auxiliary materials for PT. XYZ in 2020-2021 and explained the plan for the procurement of economic hardener chests in accordance with the economic order theory of hardeners (ЕOQ) and also knew the safety stock (OQ) of PT. XYZ fulfills the order (order point), knowing a more optimal comparison between the total cost of inventory or the total cost of inventory (TIC) using the company's policy on the total cost of inventory (TIC). The method used is a qualitative method. The results showed that the optimal number of hardener orders for the 2020-2021 period was 20,336.42 kg per order. With a frequency of ordering 16 times a year. The number of safety goods for the 2020- 2021 period is 11,043.47 kg. The company must do a stocking point or re-stocking in 2020-2021 when the inventory is 7589,167 kg. The total cost of hardener inventory with EOQ is Rp. 13,686,143 while the company's policy is Rp. 22,818,143, thus saving Rp 9,131,730.
