Perancangan Produk Therapy Pillow Sebagai Pereda Nyeri Leher dan Punggung dengan Implementasi Metode Brainstorming

Abstract

Bentuk dari fisioterapi adalah memanfaatkan fungsi panas untuk fungsi penyembuhan. Therapy panas memiliki manfaat untuk membuka pembulu darah lebih lebar untuk menambahkan aliran darah dan pengiriman oxygen dan nutrisi untuk menghilangkan rasa nyeri pada cedera sendi, otot, ligamen dan tendon. Untuk memberikan bantuan kepada pelayanan kesehatan pada bidang fisioterapi, penulis melakukan modifikasi pad terapi berbasis Arduino Uno dengan sensor suhu DS18B20, LCD sebagai tampilan suhu, timer dan button yang berfungsi untuk memilih durasi pengobatan. Rancangan produk penelitian ini didapat dari metode Brainstorming. Sesi brainstorming selama 30 menit akan diadakan untuk mengumpulkan ide dan gagasan yang akan digunakan dalam desain produk bantal terapi. Hasil perancangan produk ini terdiri dari 10 atribut. Artinya, bahan produk adalah busa memori, dan sumber daya yang digunakan adalah baterai isi ulang. Jenis kabel yang digunakan adalah Tipe C. Ada tombol ON/OFF dan tombol pengatur suhu. Bantal terapi ini juga dilengkapi dengan alarm yang dapat didengar untuk memberi tahu Anda ketika suhu yang disetel telah tercapai. Dimensi bantal ini adalah 70x15x0cm. Memiliki layar LCD dan bentuk bantal dapat disesuaikan dengan lekukan leher dan pinggang.

One form of physiotherapy is utilizing heat for recovery. Heat therapy can open the blood vessels wider, thereby increasing blood flow and the supply of oxygen and nutrients to reduce pain in the injured joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. To help health services in the field of physiotherapy the author modified the therapy pillow with arduino uno and DS18B20 as a temperature sensor, LCD as a temperature viewer, timer and buttons that serve to choose how long it takes to do therapy. The design of this research product is obtained from the Brainstorming method. Brainstorming is done half hour to get idea ask and ideas that will be used to design therapy pillow products. Theresult of the product design consists of 10 atributes,namely: the product material is made of memory foam with the power supply used is a battery that can be charged. The type of cable used is type C. There is an ON/OFF button and a temperature control button. This therapy pillow is also equipped with an alarm in the form of sounds / sounds that are a reminder that the predetermined temperature has been reached. The dimensions of this pillow are 70x15x40cm. There is an LCD indicator and the shape of the pillow has curves that can be adjusted for the neck and waist.
