Abstract
Mengantri sudah menjadi suatu fenomena yang tidak terhindarkan dan membuat tidak nyaman. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka digunakan teori antrian. Tujuan dari penelitian tersebut untuk mengetahui model antrian yang terjadi di Kantor Pos XYZ dan menganalisis kesesuaian model serta efesiensinya dengan membandingkan model yang sebelumnya dengan hasil yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software AnyLogic. Anylogic adalah perangkat lunak yang menyediakan antarmuka grafis yang membantu proses memodelkan lingkungan yang kompleks, seperti manufaktur, rantai pasok dan antrian. Pada simulasi ini, didapatkan sistem antrian aktual yang terdiri dari tiga counter memiliki Queue Length sebesar 0.03, Queue Time per Agent sebesar 0.45 detik, dan Service Utilization sebesar 0.18. Kemudian, untuk model usulan terdiri dari dua counter didapatkan Queue Length sebesar 0.94, Queue Time per Agent sebesar 6.14 detik, dan Service Utilization sebesar 0.75. Dapat disimpulkan, pengurangan satu counter pada sistem antrian usulan di Kantor Pos XYZ meningkatkan Queue Length, Queue Time per Agent dan Service Utilization. Sehingga penggunaan dua counter mampu mengurangi biaya operasi di Kantor Pos XYZ.
Queuing has become an unavoidable and uncomfortable phenomenon. To overcome this problem, the queuing theory is used. The purpose of this study is to determine the queuing model that occurs at the XYZ post office and to analyze the suitability of the model and its efficiency by comparing the previous model with the results that have been carried out using AnyLogic Software. Anylogic is software that provides a graphical interface that helps the process of modeling complex environments, such as manufacturing, supply chain and queuing. In this simulation, the actual queuing system consisting of three counters has a Queue Length of 0.03, Queue Time per Agent of 0.45 seconds, and Service Utilization of 0.18. Then, for the proposed model consisting of two counters, the Queue Length is 0.94, Queue Time per Agent is 6.14 seconds, and Service Utilization is 0.75. It can be concluded, the reduction of one counter in the proposed queuing system at the XYZ Post Office increases the Queue Length, Queue Time per Agent and Service Utilization. So that the use of two counters can reduce operating costs at the XYZ Post Office.
