Abstract
Pada saat ini, sektor pariwisata perlu dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian. Kepuasan wisatawan terhadap objek wisata menjadi peran penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke objek wisata. Kepuasan wisatawan dapat terpenuhi apabila terjadi kesesuaian antara yang dirasakan wisatawan saat berada di objek wisata dengan apa yang diharapkannya. Untuk mengembangkannya, perlu dilakukan studi literatur unutk mencari faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan terhadap objek wisata. Metode analisa teori ini dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menjabarkan beberapa faktor dari sumber berbeda terkait hal mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan terhadap objek wisata. Setelah itu, disimpulkan analisa teori yang mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan terhadap objek wisata ada 5 faktor penting, yaitu daya tarik, lingkungan, aksesibilitas, harga, dan fasilitas dasar.
At this time, the tourism sector needs to be developed to increase economic growth. Tourist satisfaction with tourist objects plays an important role in increasing the loyalty of tourists to return to tourist objects. Tourist satisfaction can be fulfilled if there is a match between what tourists feel when they are at a tourist attraction and what they expect. To develop it, it is necessary to study the literature to find out what factors influence tourist satisfaction with tourist objects. This theoretical analysis method is carried out by means of literature research by describing several factors from different sources related to influencing tourist satisfaction with tourist objects. After that, it is concluded that the theoretical analysis that affects tourist satisfaction with tourist objects is 5 important factors, namely attractiveness, environment, accessibility, price, and basic facilities.
