Abstract
Infrastruktur jasa turisme lokal pada pesona wisata di Kecamatan Pangururan dalam hal ini secara langsung dan tidak langsung berpengaruh dalam penilaian terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas masyarakat lokal di daerah sana. Oleh sebab itu hal ini perlu diteliti maupun dianaliis menyinggung dampak kepuasan jasa kegiatan wisata domestik akan kepuasan dan ketaatan wisatawan di daya tarik wisata di Kecamatan Pangururan. Berbagai faktor bobot jasa yang terdiri dari bukti langsung, empati, daya tanggap, keandalan dan jaminan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan Daya Tarik Wisata Kecamatan Panguruan. Naasumber adalah pengunjung dan masyarakat setempat yang datang dan menetapdi Kecamatan Pangururan berjumlah 110 responden dengan teknik indeks kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata lokal bernilai baik sebesar 80 %, dan akan kesetiaan pengunjung sebesar 70,5%. Sementara itu, sisanya didominasi oleh variabel yang penelitiannya tidak diteruskan pada riset ini. Menurut riset yang tercatat, bahwa didterminasi ikatan penting diantara keunggulan jasa pramuwisata setempat akan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelancong pada pariwisata dii Kecamatan Pangururan. Adapun masukan bagi pemilik usaha untuk menyelenggarakan training distingtif bagi pramuwisata setempat yang bertujuan untuk mendukung kualitas dan kebermanfaat sumber daya manusia disana untuk menunjang daya tarik wisata di Kecamatan Pangururan Kabupaten Samosir
Local tourism services in tourist attractions in Pangururan District, in this case, directly and indirectly affect the assessment of the satisfaction and loyalty of local communities in the area. Therefore, it is necessary to research and study the effect of service satisfaction of local tourism activities on tourist satisfaction and loyalty in tourist attractions in Pangururan District. The service quality variable which consists of direct evidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance has an effect on the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists. Respondents are tourists and local people who visit and live in Pangururan District, totaling 110 respondents with customer satisfaction index techniques. In this paper, data was collected by observation, structured interviews, questionnaires, and a literature review, which was then analyzed using Likert scale analysis, validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and analysis of determination. The indicators in this study are legitimate, and the variables are trustworthy, according to statistical data analysis. Tourist loyalty is 70.5 percent, while the quality of local tour guide services is high at 80 percent. The rest is impacted by various factors that are not studied further in this research. Based on the findings of this study, it can be stated that the quality of local guide services has a major impact on visitor satisfaction and loyalty in Pangururan's tourist sites. It is proposed to the management that training programme for tour operators be held in effort to improve the performance and usefulness of human capital in Pangururan District, Samosir Regency, in order to support tourism attractions.
