Analisa Beban Kerja di Stasiun Suton pada Koperasi XYZ

Abstract

Beban kerja merupakan sekumpulan kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan oleh suatu unit organisasi atau perusahaan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Koperasi XYZ adalah salah satu koperasi yang bergerak di bidang produksi kopi. Pada pengolahan kopi, terdapat stasiun mesin suton. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan secara langsung terhadap operator di area suton, terlihat bahwa pembagian beban kerja masih belum efektif lantaran masih ada operator yang terlihat sibuk dan menganggur. Dari permasalahan tersebut, perlu dilakukan perhitungan beban kerja agar setiap operator memiliki beban kerja yang sesuai pekerjaannya. Perbaikan yang dilakukan terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja pada area suton adalah dengan penambahan tenaga kerja sebanyak 1 orang. Dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang berjumlah sebanyak 4 orang, maka rata-rata beban kerja tiap pekerja di area suton yang sebelumnya adalah 133,253% menjadi 99,94%.

Based on observations made directly to operators in the Suton area, it can be seen that the division of workload is still not effective because there are still operators who look busy and unemployed. From these problems, it is necessary to calculate the workload so that each operator has a workload that is suitable for his work. Improvements made to the number of workers in the Suton area are the addition of 1 person. With a total workforce of 4 people, the average workload of each worker in the Suton area previously was 133.253% to 99.94%.
