Abstract
Dalam membuat suatu produk, produk yang dihasilkan harus sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Hal ini perlu diperhatikan agar produk dapat bersaing dengan baik di pasar. Metode penelitian yang biasanyan dipakai adalah metode survei pasar yang dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup kepada masyarakat sebagai responden. Kuesioner terbuka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan rekapitulasi data modus, sedangkana hasil kuesioner tertutup digunakan sebagai tolak ukur untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap atribut Tempat Penggulung Selang Masker. Berdasarkan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap atribut model masker, warna masker, model selang, bentuk penggulung, warna penggulung, bahan penggulung, mekanisme penggulung, bentuk pemutar, warna lampu, dan fungsi tambahan dinyatakan bahwa seluruh atribut valid dan reliable.
In making a product, the product must be in accordance with the wants and needs of consumers. This needs to be considered so that the product can compete well in the market. The research method that is usually used is the market survey method which is carried out by open questionnaires and closed questionnaires to the public as respondents. The open questionnaire was used to collect the mode data recapitulation, while the results of the closed questionnaire were used as a benchmark for testing the validity and reliability of the attributes of the mask hose reel. Based on the validity and reliability testing of the attributes of the mask model, mask color, hose model, spindle shape, roller color, spindle material, winding mechanism, rotating shape, lamp color, and additional functions it is stated that all attributes are valid and reliable.
