Perancangan Produk Heating Pad for Neck and Back Sebagai Pereda Nyeri Leher dan Punggung dengan Implementasi Metode Brainstorming

Abstract

Peningkatan jam operasional para tim medis di rumah sakit maupun pekerja yang melakukan work from home tidak dapat dihindarkan dari dampak nyeri pada otot maupun tulang. Keluhan yang dirasakan akibat postur tubuh yang salah dan kelelahan dalam bekerja adalah Low Back Pain (LBP) yang merupakan rasa nyeri yang dirasakan pada punggung bawah dan juga nyeri leher. Tujuan dari perancangan produk berupa alat pemanas fisioterapi dengan nama Heating Pad for Neck and Back adalah untuk meredakan nyeri pada otot leher dan punggung belakang dan juga sebagai alat untuk menjaga postur tubuh yang baik dalam bekerja. Penelitian yang dilakukan didasari oleh metode deskriptif kualitatif. Studi literatur meliputi pendalaman mengenai penderita Low Back Pain dan nyeri leher hingga proses pasca pemulihan, dan juga berbagai konsep yang terkait dengan perancangan dan pengembangan produk. Rancangan produk penelitian ini didapat dari metode Brainstorming. Brainstorming dilakukan 20-30 menit untuk mendapatkan ide dan gagasan yang nantinya digunakan untuk merancang produk Heating Pad for Neck and Back. Hasil dari rancangan produk terdiri dari 10 atribut, yaitu: bahan produk terbuat dari kain drifit (kain berpori) dengan lapisan busa setebal 1 cm didalamnya, warna produk abu-abu, bentuk produk seperti singlet, bermotif garis miring, memiliki sabuk pengikat velcrotape (perekat kain) pada bagian leher dan perut, berat produk kurang dari 500 gram, panjang produk 80 cm dan lebar produk 50 cm, magnet tourmaline yang terdiri dari 5 magnet pada bagian leher dan 8 magnet pada punggung, Magnet berbentuk lingkaran dan dengan diameter magnet sebesar 2 cm.

Brainstorming is carried out for 20-30 minutes to get ideas and ideas that will be used to design Heating Pad for Neck and Back products. The results of the product design consist of 10 attributes, namely: the product material is made of a drifit cloth (porous fabric) with a layer of foam 1 cm thick inside, the color of the product is gray, the shape of the product is like a singlet, has a slanted line pattern, has a velcrotape fastening belt. cloth) on the neck and stomach, the product weight is less than 500 grams, the product length is 80 cm and the product width is 50 cm, the tourmaline magnet consists of 5 magnets on the neck and 8 magnets on the back, The magnets are circular and with a magnetic diameter of 2 cm.
