Analisa Mutu Minyak Crude Palm Oil dengan Metode Taguchi Di PT. Varem Sawit Cemerlang

Abstract

PT. Varem Sawit Cemerlang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan kelapa sawit yang tidak lepas dari masalah yang berhubungan dengan mutu minyak Crude Palm Oil menjadi minyak kelapa sawit yang bermutu. Dengan hal ini peneliti mencoba menganalisa di PT. Varem Sawit Cemerlang apakah mutu minyak cpo baik atau tidak. Dengan metode taguchi hal ini peneliti mendapatkan angka dalam menganalisa bahwasanya nilai respon rata-rata terendah dapat dilihat pada faktor C (tekanan pressan) level 2 yaitu sebesar 4 dan hasil respon raat-rata faktor tertinggi faktor C (tekanan pressan) level 1 3,69. Dari angka tersebut dapat kesimpulan bahwasannya mutu minyak di PT. Varem Sawit Cemerlang masih di bawah standart. Dengan standartnya yaitu 2,50-5 %.

 

PT. Varem Sawit Cemerlang is a company engaged in palm oil processing which cannot be separated from problems related to the quality of Crude Palm Oil into quality palm oil. With this, the researcher tries to analyze at PT. Varem Sawit Cemerlang whether the quality of cpo oil is good or not. With the Taguchi method, the researcher gets the numbers in analyzing that the lowest average response value can be seen in the C factor of pressure pressure level 2, which is 4 and the result of the highest average response factor is factor C, the pressure pressure level 1 is 3.69. From these figures it can be concluded that the quality of oil at PT. Varem Sawit Cemerlang is still belowstandard. The standard is 2.50-5%.
