Abstract
Egrek merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan untuk proses pemanenan kelapa sawit. Alat ini berfungsi untuk memanen buah kelapa sawit dengan ketinggian tanaman diatas 6 meter. Egrek merupakan salah alat yang penting untuk menunjang proses pemanenan di perkebunan sawit. Hal ini menunjukan egrek penting untuk diamati lebih dalam untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pada prosespemanenan.Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan perbedaan antara 2 buah egrek yang berbeda, untuk mendapatkan atau memilih egrek yang sesuai dengan pekerja. Dengan penelitian ini juga mampu mendapatkan waktu yang paling singkat dalam pengerjaan memanen sawit antara 2 buah egrek yang di observasi.Permasalahan ketidaksesuaian fasilitas kerja dengan pekerja juga terjadi di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Mayang. Perusahaan ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan kelapa sawit . Hasil dari penelitian adalah bahwa egrek yang dibuat oleh pemanen lebih baik dari pada egrek yang dijatah oleh perusahaan dengan perbandingan waktu yaitu 197,98 : 211,64 detik
Egrek is one of the tools used for the oil palm harvesting process. This tool functions to harvest oil palm fruit with a plant height above 6 meters. Egrek is an important tool to support the harvesting process in oil palm plantations. This shows that egrek is important to observe more deeply in order to increase work productivity in the harvesting process. This study aims to describe the differences between 2 different egrets, to obtain or select an egrek that suits workers. With this research also able to get the shortest time in the process of harvesting the palms of the 2 orchids that were observed. The mismatch problem of work facilities with workers also occurred at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Mayang. This company is a company engaged in oil palm plantations. The result of the research is that the egrek made by harvesters is better than the egrek rationed by the company with a time ratio of 197.98: 211.64 seconds.
