Penilaian Postur Kerja Dengan Rapid Upper Limb Assesment Dan Kuisioner Nordic Body Map Terhadap Pekerja Ukm Sepatu UD. DEF

Abstract

DEF merupakan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang bergerak dalam bidang fashion khususnya sepatu pantofel yang berlokasi di Jalan A.R. Hakim gg. Hormat no. 13 Bromo, Medan, Sumatera Utara. UD. DEF berdiri sejak 2015 hingga sekarang. Tetapi pada akhir-akhir ini UD. DEF mengalami masalah yaitu penurunan omset. UD. DEF ini juga sering mengalami masalah keterlambatan dalam memproduksi sepatu mereka, sehingga mereka tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar yang sedang meningkat tajam. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan karena postur kerja para pekerja yang tidak ergonomis sehingga menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan saat bekerja dan pekerja mengalami keluhan musculoskeletal. Dari keluhan tersebut pekerja sering menambah waktu istirahat sehingga memotong waktu produksi. Berdasarkan hal ini dilakukan penelitian terhadap postur kerja dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assesment (RULA) dan kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menginvestigasi posisi kerja yang dilakukan oleh tubuh bagian atas dan mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat resiko yang didapat pekerja, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan proses produksi dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Metode RULA digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak suatu postur yang membebankan pekerja, apakah perlu dilakukan perbaikan atau tidak. Ketidaknyamanan yang sering didapatkan para pekerja adalah pada bagian leher, dan tulang punggung. Dari hasil penilaian dari metode RULA didapatkan postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis sehingga pekerja mengalami beban kerja yang tinggi. Usulan yang diberikan pada pekerja UD. DEF berupa perbaikan fasilitas kerja pada setiap stasiun yang disesuaikan dengan masing-masing pekerja sehingga pekerja dapat mengurangi waktu istirahatnya. Dengan usulan yang diberikan UD. DEF dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar, meningkatkan produktivitas dan menciptakan suasana kerja yang lebih nyaman dan aman.

This may be due to the workers' work posture which is not ergonomic, causing discomfort while working and workers experiencing musculoskeletal complaints. From these complaints workers often increase their rest time, thereby cutting production time. Based on this, research was carried out on work posture using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method and the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to investigate the work position performed by the upper body and to find out how much risk the worker gets, so as to maximize the production process and increase productivity. The RULA method is used to determine how much impact a posture has on workers, whether it needs to be repaired or not. The discomfort that workers often get is in the neck and spine. From the results of the assessment of the RULA method, it is found that the work posture is not ergonomic so that workers experience a high workload. The suggestions given to UD workers. DEF is in the form of repairing work facilities at each station that is adjusted to each worker so that workers can reduce their rest time. With the suggestion given by UD. DEF can meet market demands, increase productivity and create a more comfortable and safer working atmosphere.
