Penerapan Metode Brainstorming Pada Perancangan Produk Posture Corrector (Penegak Punggung) Dengan Akupuntur Infrared

Abstract

Produk Posture Corrector (penegak punggung) dengan Akupuntur Infrared dirancang dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki postur tulang belakang. Penentuan karakteristik produk Posture Corrector (penegak punggung) yang akan dirancang ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode brainstorming. Metode brainstorming dilakukan dengan penggabungan setiap ide yang didapat dari setiap anggota kelompok memperoleh hasil rancangan akhir dari brainstorming yang telah didiskusikan. Hasil brainstorming produk Posture Corrector (penegak punggung) dengan Akupuntur Infrared, yaitu bentuk produk berupa rompi dengan ikatan dibagian perut, warna produk adalah gelap, motif produk adalah netral, bahan utama produk adalah kain nilon, bahan pengerat produk adalah spandex, bahan bantalan produk adalah cordura dan dakron, ketebalan produk adalah 0,5 cm, jenis infrared adalah biji akupuntur dengan ukuran kecil, jumlah biji infrared adalah 15 biji per titik yang ditentukan, dan daerah biji infrared adalah tulang punggung. Dari hasil dalam perancangan produk ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode brainstorming efektif dalam membangkitkan ide-ide anggota kelompok dalam menghasilkan rancangan akhir produk.

Posture Corrector with Infrared Acupuncture is designed with the aim of improving spinal posture. Determination of characteristics of the Posture Corrector product designed by using the brainstorming method. The brainstorming method is carried out by gathering the ideas from group member to obtain the final design as a results of brainstorming method. The results of the brainstorming of Posture Correction products with Infrared Acupuncture, namely the form of the product in the form of a vest with a tie on the abdomen, the color of the product is dark, the motive of the product is neutral, the main material of the product is nylon fabric, the product's fixing material is spandex, the material bearing the product is cordura and dacron, the thickness of the product is 0.5 cm, the infrared type is acupuncture seeds with small size, the number of infrared seeds is 15 seeds per defined point, and the infrared seed area is the backbone. From the results in designing this product, conclusion we can get is that the brainstorming method is effective in generating group members' ideas in producing the final product design.
