Abstract
PT XYZ merupakan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap dengan bahan bakar utama berupa batu bara. Batu bara yang digunakan dialirkan dari tongkang menggunakan Belt Conveyer menuju Coal Bunker. Batu bara pada belt conveyer mengalir dengan perantara Transfer Tower. Transfer Tower merupakan peralatan yang berguna untuk memindah batu bara dari Belt Conveyor satu menuju Belt Conveyor berikutnya. Pada aliran batu bara pada Conveyer sering terjadi masalah yaitu tumpahnya aliran batu bara hingga keluar dari jalur belt conveyer. Tumpahan batu bara inilah yang jika tidak selalu dibersihkan maka akan menyebabkan timbulnya api ketika batu bara tersebut bergesekan dengan belt conveyer. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam proses cleaning area ini adalah pengambilan batu bara pada area transfer tower dan kemudian batu bara tersebut diangkut kembali menuju belt conveyer oleh pekerja. Jumlah pekerja cleaning area Transfer Tower adalah sebanyak 2 orang yang ditempatkan pada lokasi yang berbeda. Maka selanjutnya dilakukan analisis postur kerja menggunakan kuesioner REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assesment) serta menganalisis keluhan sakit pada tubuh dari kedua pekerja menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ). Analisa ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemungkinan terjadinya Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja yang terjadi akibat postur kerja yang tidak baik.
PT XYZ is a Steam Power Plant with the main fuel in the form of coal. The coal used is flowed from the barge using the Belt Conveyer to the Coal Bunker. The coal in the conveyer belt flows with the transfer tower as an intermediary. Transfer Tower is a tool that is useful for moving coal from one Belt Conveyor to the next Belt Conveyor. In the flow of coal on the Conveyer, problems often occur, namely the spillage of the coal flow to get out of the conveyer belt line. If this coal spill is not always cleaned, it will cause a fire when the coal rubs against the conveyer belt. The activities carried out in the cleaning process in this area are taking coal in the transfer tower area and then the coal is transported back to the conveyer belt by the workers. The number of cleaning workers for the Transfer Tower area is 2 people who are assigned to different locations. Then the work posture analysis was carried out using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) questionnaire and analyzed the complaints of pain in the body of the two workers using the Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) questionnaire. This analysis is carried out to determine the possibility of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in workers that occur due to poor work posture.
