Abstract
Ventilator portable adalah produk untuk dikembangkan melalui survei terhadap keinginan konsumen. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar tersebut dilakukan beberapa langkah yaitu penyebaran kuesioner, penentuan ukuran sampel dan uji validitas serta reliabilitas untuk menentukan tingkat kesesuaian atribut produk dengna keinginan konsumen. Kuesioner yang disebar dalam bentuk kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup menggunakan skala interval dan skala Likert. Berdasarkan teknik sampling dengan metode simple random sampling, terdapat 30 responden yang akan menjawab kuesioner yang akan dibagikan oleh peneliti di lokasi. Setelah didapat modus dari kuesioner tertutup, dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk mengetahui data yang digunakan apakah sudah valid atau tidak. Validitas dari kuesioner yang disebar dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Product Moment Pearson sedangkan pengujian reliabilitas digunakan teknik Alpha Chronbach. Uji validitas instrumen menunjukkan bahwa 10 pertanyaan dapat dinyatakan valid dengan nilai korelasi lebih dari 0,361. Sedangkan pada uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Alpha Chronbach > 0,5498 sehingga dinyatakan reliabel atau konsisten. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, didapatkan bahwa produk ventilator portable mempunyai nilai validitas dan reliabilitas yang memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen.
A ventilator portable product is a product that will be developed through a survey of consumer desires. To fulfill the market needs, several steps were taken, firstly by distributing questionnaires, determining sample sizing and testing the validity dan reliability of determining the level of conformity of product attributes with consumer desires. The questionnaires were distributed in the open and closed questionnaire which using an interval scale and Likert scale. Based on the sampling technique with the simple random sampling method, there were 30 respondents who will answer the questionnaire that will be distributed by researchers at the location. After obtaining the mode of the closed questionnaire, it is continued with the calculation of the validity test and reliability test to determine whether the data used is valid or not. The validity of the questionnaire was carried out using the Pearson Product Moment technique while the reliability test used the Alpha Chronbach technique. Testing the validity of the instrument showed that 10 questions were declared valid with a correlation value is more than 0,361. Whereas the reliability test shows the Alpha Chronbach value > 0,5498. So, it is declared reliable or consistent. Based on these results, it was found that the ventilator portable product have validity and reliability values that congruent on consumer needs.
