Brainstorming Perancangan dan Pengembangan Produk Mouth Mirror Multifungsi

Abstract

Produk adalah segala sesuatu yang ditawarkan kepada suatu pasar untuk memenuhi keinginan atau kebutuhan. Segala sesuatu yang termasuk ke dalamnya adalah barang berwujud, jasa, events, tempat, organisasi, ide atau pun kombinasi antara hal-hal yang baru saja disebutkan. Pola pikir manusia berubah seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, trend dan kebutuhan akan produk yang ber-kualitas semakin menuntut berkembangnya fungsi-fungsi produk yang lebih kompleks untuk memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan pengguna produk. Dari seluruh teknik berfikir kreatif, brainstorming adalah salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan secara umum dan dapat digunakan dalam banyak bidang.Perancangan produk ini bertujuan untuk memahami langkah-langkah perancangan produk Mouth Mirror dengan melakukan brainstorming dan melakukan analisis terhadap hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan brainstorming tersebut. Penggunaan Brainstorming ini dengan cara mengumpulkan beberapa masukan yang diperoleh dari para mahasiswa Teknik Industri. Hasil akhir dari pelaksanaan Brainstorming adalah rancangan Mouth Mirrordengan spesifikasi sebagai berikut: Warna mouth mirror silver matte, diameter mouth mirror adalah 1,5 cm, letak engsel mouth mirror pada leher, bentuk handle mouth mirror berupa bergelombang, panjang leher mouth mirror adalah 2 cm, letak pengendali engsel mouth mirror pada handle, sumber energi mouth mirror adalah baterai lithium, bahan cermin berupa anti-embun, bahan lapisan handle berupa karet dan dengan fungsi tambahan berupa senter.

The human mindset changes along with the development of technology, trends and the need for quality products that increasingly demand the development of more complex product functions to meet the expectations and needs of product users. Of all the techniques of creative thinking, brainstorming is one technique that can be used in general and can be used in many fields. The design of this product aims to understand the steps in designing a Mouth Mirror product by brainstorming and analyzing the results obtained from the implementation of the brainstorming . The use of brainstorming is by gathering some input obtained from Industrial Engineering students. The final result of the implementation of Brainstorming is the Mouth Mirror design with the following specifications: The color of the silver matte mouth mirror, the diameter of the mouth mirror is 1.5 cm, the location of the mouth mirror hinges on the neck, the shape of the mouth mirror handle is wavy, the length of the mouth mirror mouth is 2 cm, the location of the mouth mirror hinge controller on the handle, the mouth mirror energy source is a lithium battery, the mirror material is anti-fog, the handle layer material is silicon and with the LED Light as additional function.
