Penerapan Metode Survey Pasar Pada Proses Perakitan Massager Wrist Splint

Abstract

Penderita Carpal Tunnel Syndrom mengalami kesulitan beraktivitas karena rasa sakit yang dirasakan di area pergelangan tangan. Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) adalah salah satu jenis penyakit yang disebabkan oleh terjebaknya nervus medianus dalam terowongan carpal pada pergelangan tangan. Penyempitan pada terowongan karpal terjadi akibat edema fasia pada terowongan serta terjadi kelainan pada tulang-tulang kecil tangan. Maka dirancang sebuah alat yaitu Massager Wrist Splint untuk mengurangi rasa sakit tersebut yaitu penyangga tangan yang dilengkapi dengan alat getar sebagai alat pijat refleksi.  Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey pasar. Konsep dari survey pasar adalah membagikan kuesioner terbuka lalu kuesioner tertutup ke responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuisioner. Kuisioner merupakan teknik pengumpulan data kuisioner dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk menjawabnya. Berdasarkan cara menjawabnya kuisioner terbagi menjadi dua yaitu kuisioner terbuka dan kuisioner tertutup. Kuesioner terbuka, yang memberikan kesempatan kepada responden untuk menjawab dengan kalimatnya sendiri tanpa dibatasi oleh apapun. Kuesioner tertutup, yang telah disediakan jawabannya sehingga responden hanya tinggal memilih sesuai pilihan yang ada. Ada empat komponen inti dari sebuah kuesioner, yaitu : Adanya subjek, yaitu individu atau lembaga yang melaksanakan penelitian. Adanya ajakan, yaitu permohonan dari peneliti untuk turut serta mengisi secara aktif dan objektif pertanyaan maupun pertanyaan yang tersedia. Adanya petunjuk pengisian kuesioner, dimana petunjuk yang tersedia harus mudah dimengerti. Adanya pertanyaan maupun pernyataan beserta tempat mengisi jawaban baik secara terbuka, semi tertutup, ataupun tertutup. Dalam membuat pertanyaan ini juga disertakan dengan isian untuk identitas responden. Setelah itu melakukan perhitungan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dari Massager Wrist Splint secara manual dan melalui software SPSS.

Then a device called the Massager Wrist Splint is designed to reduce the pain, which is a hand brace equipped with a vibrating device as a reflexology tool. The study was conducted using market survey methods. The concept of a market survey is to distribute open questionnaires then closed questionnaires to respondents. Data collection techniques used were using questionnaires. Questionnaire is a questionnaire data collection technique by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer them. Based on how to answer the questionnaire is divided into two namely open questionnaire and closed questionnaire. Open questionnaire, which gives respondents the opportunity to answer in their own sentence without being limited by anything. Closed questionnaire, the answer has been provided so that the respondent only has to choose according to the available choices. There are four core components of a questionnaire, namely: The existence of a subject, namely individuals or institutions that carry out research. There is an invitation, namely a request from the researcher to participate actively and objectively fill in the questions and questions available. There are instructions for filling out the questionnaire, where the instructions provided must be easy to understand. The existence of questions and statements along with a place to fill in answers either openly, semi-closed, or closed. In making this question also included with the contents for the respondent's identity. After that, calculate the validity and reliability test of the Wrist Splint Massager manually and through SPSS software.
