Abstract
Pemasaran yang baik tentang bagaimana barang atau jasa hasil produksi dapat dikenal dan dibeli oleh masyarakat, dan pemasaran yang tepat itu bukanlah kebetulan, melainkan hasil dari eksekusi dan perencanaan yang cermat. Praktik Pemasaran harus terus-menerus ditingkatkan dan diperbaharui, hal ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen tersebut. Perusahaan untuk mencapai pemasaran yang baik tentunya harus merencanakan produk dan jasa terlebih dahulu, menentukan harga, melakukan survei pasar ,mempromosikan dan mendistribusikan barang dan jasa pada konsumen pada akhirnya. Maka dari itu, Peneliti melakukan survey pasar pada produk Sterilized Cotton Storages agar didapat produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen dan menenuhi keiginan pasar, dengan melakukan segmentasi, targeting, posisioting yang kemudian didapat lokasi di Rumah sakit gigi dan mulut Universitas Sumatera Utara dengan umur responden sekitar 20-30 tahun, serta tingkat ekonomi menengah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah teknik probability yaitu dengan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 32 orang responden yang didapat dari hasil perhitungan Krisjie Morgan . Hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner tersebut diukur dan memperoleh hasil yang valid dan reliable. Dengan bantuan software SPSS, Peta posisi produk Sterilized Cotton Storages terletak pada kuadran B, artinya produk Sterilized Cotton Storages memiliki atribut yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan yang dapat memuaskan keinginan pelanggan.
Good marketing of how goods or services produced can be known and bought by the public, and proper marketing is not accidental, but the result of careful execution and planning. Marketing practices must be constantly improved and renewed, this is certainly inseparable from the needs and desires of these consumers. Companies to achieve good marketing must of course plan products and services in advance, determine prices, conduct market surveys, promote and distribute goods and services to consumers in the end. Therefore, the researcher conducted a market survey on the Sterilized Cotton Storages products in order to obtain products that are in accordance with the wishes of the consumers and fulfill the market's dignity, by segmenting, targeting, positioning and then obtaining the location in the dental and oral hospital of the University of North Sumatra with the age of the respondents around 20-30 years, as well as the middle economic level. The sampling technique used is the probability technique with a simple random sampling method with a total of 32 respondents obtained from the calculation of Krisjie Morgan. The results of the distribution of the questionnaire were measured and obtained valid and reliable results. With the help of SPSS software, the position map of the Sterilized Cotton Storages product is located in quadrant B, meaning that the Sterilized Cotton Storages product has the attributes desired by the customer that can satisfy the customer's desires.
