Perancangan dan Pengembangan Produk dari Sterilized Cotton Storage dengan metode Brainstorming

Abstract

Dalam penggunaan sehari-hari pelet ini ada berbagai cara di mana dokter membasahi pelet dengan larutan antiseptik sebelum menggunakannya. Dalam beberapa kasus, pelet hanya menempel pada mulut sebotol larutan antiseptik dan jenuh sebelum digunakan. Dalam kasus lain, tersedia baki atau wadah dari larutan antiseptik yang dapat dicelupkan ke pelet sebelum digunakan. Dalam bentuk lain dari alat yang sekarang digunakan pelet disemprotkan dengan larutan antiseptik dengan sedikit tekanan pada wadah tetapi dalam semua kasus perlu bagi dokter untuk menggunakan kedua tangan dalam menjenuhkan pelet dengan larutan antiseptic.Terdapat dua metode perancangan produk, yaitu metode kreatif dan metode rasional. Metode brainstorming mendorong siswa untuk mengembangkan dan  mengemukakan  sebanyak  mungkin gagasan  untuk  memecahkan  masalah. Tujuan  Penggunaan  metode brainstorming  adalah menguras habis segala sesuatu yang dipikirkan oleh siswa dalam menanggapi  masalah  yang  dilontarkan guru  kepadanya Tujuan dari pembuatan produk sterilized cotton storage adalah sebagai solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada pada dokter gigi, dimana pada saat pengambilan kapas yang telah disterilkan, kapas tersebut menggumpal sehingga harus di ambil dengan tangan. karena itu dirancanglah produk Sterilized Cotton Storages sebagai alat untuk mencetak kapas agar tetap steril.

The method of brainstorming encourages students to develop and express as many ideas as possible to solve problems. The purpose of using the brainstorming method is to drain out everything that is thought by students in responding to the problems posed by the teacher. The purpose of making sterilized cotton storage products is as a solution to the problems that exist in the dentist, where when taking cotton that has been sterilized, the cotton will clot so it must be taken by hand. because of that, the Sterilized Cotton Storages product was designed as a tool for printing cotton to keep it sterile.
