Abstract

Penelitian survei ialah suatu penyelidikan yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh fakta-fakta dari gejala yang ada dan mencari keterangan secara faktual untuk mendapatkan kebenaran. Pengambilan data melalui teknik sampling, yang dimana pengambilan data tersebut menggunakan metode probabillity sampling yaitu simple random sampling yang diartikan yaitu setiap anggota populasi mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel. Dan penentuan populasi dengan metode metode Slovin yang mana hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode tersebut mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Langkah selanjutnya yaitu pembuatan dan mendistribusikan kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup. Data yang didapatkan hasil kuesioner di uji validitas dan reabilitas untuk mendapatkan hasil dari data tersebut. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas mengunakan metode manual dan dengan software SPSS.. Hasil validasi digunakan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunkan metode alpha cronbach yang mendapatkan hasil _hitung. Uji reabilitas peringkat yang menggunakan skala likert dan metode Spearman Brown yamg menhasilkan bobot produk dan hasil digunakan untuk membuat peta produk yang berguna untuk tingkat utilitas dan performansi setiap produk.

Retrieval of data through sampling techniques, in which the retrieval of the data using the method of probabillity sampling is simple random sampling which means that every member of the population has the same opportunity to be elected as a sample member. And the determination of the population by the Slovin method which results using the method of calculation get a sample of 30 respondents. The next step is making and distributing open and closed questionnaires.. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability to get the results from that data. Testing the validity and reliability using manual methods and with SPSS software. Validation testing uses the product moment correlation formula that gets the results of Rhitung, Rtabel and conclusions. The validation results are used for the reliability test using the Cronbach alpha method which gets the results of  arithmetic. The rank reliability test using the Likert scale and the Spearman Brown method which yields product weights and results are used to create a product map that is useful for the utility level and performance of each product.
