Abstract
Just in time is a combination of several design activities to produce high volume production by applying a minimum inventory for raw materials, work in process, and finished products. [1] This research was conducted at PT. X, which manufactures mosquito rackets, this research aims to understand and prepare pre-kanban, test the validity of data on product assembly time data, count the number of kanban cards needed, and design the Kanban system. Data collection techniques in this study is to make observations on the research object. This study uses quantitative descriptive data analysis as an analysis technique. PT. X still applies the traditional method so that in the process of assembling mosquito rackets, there are still errors in each work center, so this study applies the kanban system that is used to see the frequency of errors in the work center and after conducting research that the frequency of errors is still within the limits that can be accept.
