Abstract
Kotak Tandu P3K adalah produk gabungan dari tandu dengan kotak P3K. Kotak tandu P3K yang dirancang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan pada siswa pramuka untuk memberikan pertolongan pertama yang maksimal. Kotak tandu P3K memiliki fungsi tambahan kotak P3K yang dapat digunakan dalam memberi pertolongan pertama. Dalam proses pembuatan desain produk Kotak tandu P3K ini digunakan brainstorming untuk ciri-ciri product yang akan dibuat, selanjutnya menarik kesimpulan dari hasil brainstorming terkumpul. Selanjutnya dilakukan sampling dengan menyebarkan kuisioner terbuka dan kuesioner tertutup guna menentukan jenis product. Setelah kuisioner selesai disebar, dilakukan survey pasar dengan teknik sampling, serta uji validitas dan reabilitas dari product dengan product pesaing 1 dan 2. Langkah problem ke sub problem ditentukan guna mengklasifikasi tujuan yang akan dibuat pada perancangan kotak tandu P3K. Langkah sub problem ke sub solusi dilakukan dengan menentukan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) product. Langkah dari sub solusi ke solusi ditentukan guna membangkitkan dan mengevaluasi alternatif penjumlahan matriks berpasangan antar atribut.
First Aid Kit Stretcher is a combined product of stretcher and first aid kit. First Aid Kit Stretcher that being designed have purpose to give easiness for school scout to perform a better first aid. First Aid Kit Stretcher has additional function such as first aid kit to perform first aid. In the process of making First Aid Kit Stretcher’s design, we use brainstorming technique to determine attribute of the product, then we take conclusion of brainstorming’s result that are collected.The sampling technique is then carried out by distributing an open and closed questionnaire to determine the type of product. After the open and closed questionnaires were finished, the market survey was conducted using sampling technique, and determined the validity and reliability test of main product with competitor product 1 and 2. The problem step to the sub problem is determined to classify the objectives to be made on the design of the lawn mower products. The sub-problem step to the sub solution is performed to determine the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) of the product. The sub solution step to the solution is determined to generate and evaluate alternatives with the sum of matrix pairs between attributes.
