Abstract

Dalam Perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi teknik yang digunakan menghitung kebutuhan material yang akan digunakan untuk produksi dalam kurun waktu adalah Material Requirement Planning (MRP.) Produk yang menjadi objek pengamatan yaitu Lampu Emergency Surya LED L4301N, sehingga didapat hasil kebutuhan lampu Emergency  Surya LED L4301N sebanyak 21.599. Setelah diketahui kebutuhan bersih maka selanjutnya hasil dari perhitungan lot produk lampu Emergency  Surya LED L4301N adalah 20.400 unit. Kemudian untuk hasil perhitungan MRP Lampu Emergency  Surya LED L4301N adalah 20.400 unit. Dan yang terakhir adalah hasil perhitungan biaya untuk lampu Emergency Surya LED L4301N yaitu Rp 1.558.841.000. Dengan sistem penjadwalan yang terdapat dalam MRP maka kebutuhan konsumen akan terpenuhi secara tepat waktu.

 

In planning and production control techniques used to calculate the material requirements will be used for production within a period of time is Material Requirement Planning (MRP.) The product that becomes the object of observation is the Solar Emergency LED L4301N, so that the results obtained by the needs of the Emergency Solar LED L4301N as many as 21,599 . After the clean needs are known, the next result from the calculation of the lot of Emergency Solar LED L4301N lighting products is 20,400 units. Then for the calculation results MRP Emergency Solar LED Lights L4301N is 20,400 units. And the last is the result of the calculation of the cost for the Emergency Solar LED L4301N lamp which is Rp 1,558,841,000. With the scheduling system contained in the MRP, consumer needs will be met in a timely manner.
