Analisis Perencanaan Pengendalian Produk Hairdryer Carolina 450 Watt Dengan Menggunakan Metode Capacity Requirement Planning (Crp)

Abstract

Untuk mencapai tujuan industri ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satu faktor terpenting diantaranya adalah mendapatkan pemesanan produk dari pelanggan serta memenuhi permintaan pelanggan tepat waktu. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh manajemen dalam menyusun rencana produksi, salah satunya yaitu kekurangan persediaan atau persediaan produk yang terlalu besar (overstock) serta penyelesaian proses produksi yang tidak tepat waktu. Target pasar untuk penjualan produk Hair Dryer Carolina 450 Watt pada tahun 2020 diasumsikan sebesar 4,00 % karena dipengaruhi berbagai faktor seperti banyaknya perusahaan sejenis dengan produk yang sejenis. Dibutuhkan CRP atau capacity requirement planning yang merupakan analisis lanjutan dari material reuirement planning (MRP) yang dimana akan berkenaan dengan ketersediaan kebutuhan kapasitas. Ini diperlukan guna melihat keseeimbangan antara kebutuhan dengan kapasitas pengolahan yang tersedia [1].
