Abstract

Sosialisasi Budidaya dan Pengolahan tanaman Microgreen di Desa Tanjung Sari bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok mitra mengenai budidaya microgreen, serta aspek pengemasan, pelabelan produk, dan legalitas usaha melalui PIRT. Microgreen, yang dapat dipanen dalam 7-14 hari, merupakan alternatif gizi yang praktis di tengah tantangan ketahanan pangan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan pelatihan teknik budidaya, pengolahan pasca panen, pengemasan dan pelabelan yang informatif serta legalitas usaha (jaminan keamanan pangan). Peserta pelatihan adalah kelompok PKK Desa Tanjung Sari. Hasil sosialisasi ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan manfaat microgreen dan kemampuan penerapan teknik budidaya. Diharapkan, peningkatan kualitas pengemasan dan pelabelan dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di pasar serta berkontribusi pada kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan adanya peningkatan kualitas pengemasan dan labelling, diharapkan produk microgreen Desa Tanjung Sari dapat bersaing di pasar lokal maupun regional. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat melalui konsumsi sayuran segar berkualitas. Melalui implementasi program ini, diharapkan Desa Tanjung Sari dapat menjadi contoh sukses dalam pengembangan pertanian berkelanjutan berbasis komunitas. Capaian pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok mitra menunjukan 69% peserta belum memahami tentang pentingnya legalitas produk rumahan, namun 85% memperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan kelompok mitra tentang pengemasan dan pelabelan, sementara 80% untuk keterampilan proses tersebut.

The Socialisation of Cultivation and Processing of Microgreen plants in Tanjung Sari Village aims to improve the knowledge and skills of partner groups regarding microgreen cultivation, as well as aspects of packaging, product labelling, and business legality through PIRT. Microgreen, which can be harvested in 7-14 days, is a practical nutritional alternative in the midst of food security challenges. The methods used include extension and training on cultivation techniques, post-harvest processing, informative packaging and labelling, and business legality (food safety assurance). The training participants were the PKK group of Tanjung Sari Village. The results of this socialisation showed an increased awareness of the benefits of microgreen and the ability to apply cultivation techniques. It is expected that improving the quality of packaging and labelling can increase the  competitiveness of local products in the market and contribute to public health. By improving the quality of packaging and labelling, it is expected that microgreen products in Tanjung Sari Village can compete in local and regional markets. This activity provides economic benefits to the community and contributes to improving public health through the consumption of quality fresh vegetables. Through the implementation of this programme, Tanjung Sari Village is expected to become a successful example in the development of community-based sustainable agriculture. The knowledge and skills achievements of the partner groups showed that 69% of the participants did not understand the importance of home product legality, but 85% gained improved knowledge of the partner groups on packaging and labelling, while 80% for the skills of these processes.
